Rates & Timing
Shipping rates and estimated time
All items are printed to order. Below is our flat shipping rate and the time your order spends in production and transit.

Please note: Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Who delivers your order
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is assigned automatically based on your delivery location and the order, and appears in your shipping confirmation email.

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to the following destinations:
Not eligible: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), and international addresses. We ship within the United States only.
Tracking
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier. You can use it to follow your package until delivery.
Support
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or transit appears stalled, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Address Issues
Failed delivery or wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a re-shipment fee applies before we can send it again.

Changes & pricing
Because items are produced upon order, changes can only be made before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your order.
The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout.
